show you correct rotary cutting techniques. You can use $10 of your

INTRODUCTION TO MACHINE PIECING * {12" blocks}
Shirley & Dana Brabson
This class starts where the Basic Rotary Skills class (a prerequisite)
ends; it introduces you to machine piecing techniques, and gives you
the experience you need to take any other Quilt Works machine piecing
class. You make four different 12" blocks, assemble them into a quilt
top, add the batting and back, and complete your project using basic
machine quilting techniques. Three projects are offered: place mats 18"
× 12", shown here), table runner (63" × 18"), and wall
hanging (33" × 33").

Machine paper piecing is a method that allows you to create accurate
patchwork blocks quickly and easily. You simply cut oversize fabric
pieces and sew them in sequence to a paper foundation. This class
teaches you how to machine paper piece, step by step, using the book,
Show Me How to Paper Piece, by Carol Doak. Even if you have
never made
a piece of patchwork before, you can make wonderful blocks the first
time you try machine paper piecing.
