SHORTCUTS! * DANA BRABSON
Chapter 1 in A. A. Milne's Winnie-The-Pooh begins as follows.  "Here is Edward Bear, coming downstairs now, bump, bump, bump, on the back of his head, behind Christopher Robin.  It is, as far as he knows, the only way of coming downstairs, but sometimes he feels that there really is another way, if only he could stop bumping for a moment and think of it."  Sometimes our quilting is like that; many quilt patterns involve tedious cutting and piecing techniques.  Join us as we learn shortcuts that save time (and increase the fun), that avoid sewing along bias edges, and much more.  You will make an example (to take home) using each of the techniques we examine in this high-speed class, and take home detailed sets of instructions.  3 hrs: $28 (kit included).
