Goodnight Star/Star Baby

CLASS DESCRIPTION
These two patterns use the same technique to produce reliably accurate broken stars. The construction allows for easy exact matching of the diamonds in the star. The cover sheets for the two patterns are shown here. Star Baby (40” × 40”) is a beautiful baby-size quilt with a single center star. Goodnight Star (96” × 96”) takes the same center star and surrounds it with partial stars set in a pieced background. These quilts use the foundation paper piecing technique we featured last quarter with the Prism Table Runner.
