Instructors are Carol Rising, Becky Welch and Dana Brabson - Sew Me A Curve was created by Carol and Becky in response to a challenge by Free Spirit Fabrics, and features the HomeMade fabric collection designed by Tula Pink. The sewing machine motif was fussy cut and set on point in each of the clamshell blocks, and the clamshells were arranged in Latifah Saafir's Clam Toss design. This is a great opportunity to use Tula pink fabrics you have been collecting. Or you may prefer use an entirely different fabric collection, perhaps having its own motif that can be fussy cut for the centers of the clamshells. As a bonus, we shall introduce you to a very effective curved piecing technique using a glue stick and very few pins.
